Glenside Lions have donated $1000 to the Lions Prostate Cancer Research and Treatment & Support Project. This Project supports the development of medical services for research and treatment of Prostate Cancer, funded by the generous donations of local Lions Clubs. The main beneficiary of the project is the Mater Prostate Cancer Research laboratory (MMRI) that is working to develop immunotherapy treatment of patients with prostate cancer.
