On 13th December the Lions Medical Research Foundation presented a Dr Robert Cooter Recognition Award to Lion Noel O’Brien of the Lions Club of Glenside. The presentation was made by the Foundation’s Patron, The Governor of South Australia Hieu Van Le AC and Foundation Chairman Dr Phillip Donato OAM. Noel has been involved in health screenings including lymphedema, diabetes, blood pressure and skin cancer for many years.
